וְהַמֶּ֨לֶךְ אָסָ֜א הִשְׁמִ֤יעַ אֶת־כָּל־יְהוּדָה֙ אֵ֣ין נָקִ֔י וַיִּשְׂא֞וּ אֶת־אַבְנֵ֤י הָֽרָמָה֙ וְאֶת־עֵצֶ֔יהָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר בָּנָ֖ה בַּעְשָׁ֑א וַיִּ֤בֶן בָּם֙ הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ אָסָ֔א אֶת־גֶּ֥בַע בִּנְיָמִ֖ן וְאֶת־הַמִּצְפָּֽה׃
Le roi Asa convoqua alors tous les gens de Juda, sans dispenser personne; et ils enlevèrent les pierres et le bois employés par Baasa aux travaux de Rama; Asa s’en servit pour fortifier Ghéba-en-Benjamin et Miçpa.

There will be no exceptions. Even a bridegroom from his chamber,3Not even Torah scholars were exempt and Asa was punished for this. See Maseches Sotah 10a. concerning whom it is stated, “he shall be free for his home one year.”4Devarim 24:5.
